This site is for your use to establish a dialog with the center's medical staff to help them assess a potential patient transfer. This dialog may also provide an opportunity for the medical staff to answer questions about treatment, even if a transfer is not advised.

2. The RITA application processes patient images and data, which in some conditions may be considered Personal Health Information (PHI). Sensitive information provided by you and/or collected in our logs will not be disclosed to third parties without your express permission unless we are required to do so by law.
